WATCH | Troubleshooting: 3 tips to try when things go wrong

So… something’s gone wrong in Toqan and now you’re a bit stuck on what to do. What can you do? There are three things to try before contacting the Toqan team. Watch the video or read more below.

1. Talk to Toqan

Have a conversation with Toqan to find out what’s going wrong. Sometimes Toqan can fix itself so it’s always good to start at this point.

2. Ask Toqan to try again in the same chat

Every so often Toqan may fail at a specific task but it doesn’t mean it’s totally unable to do that task. Tell Toqan to try again.

3. Start a new chat with your same request

Toqan uses several large language models (LLMs) in the background and each new query is a fresh one. So Toqan will treat your new query without the knowledge that it had messed up your previous one. The first time may just have been a glitch so the second time it may just work.
