From screenshot to ideation to pricing strategy
You may come across an interesting article, graph or image in a report or online and want to brainstorm a bit. Sometimes you’d send the link to yourself or to your team and it may or may not be followed up. Now you can simply ask Toqan to get started on it.
Toqan can extract the text in a process called optical character recognition then analyse or summarise it for you. In this example, we’ve asked Toqan to review the content of this image then take action.
The prompt: I spotted this calendar highlighting holidays around the world and what people buy on ecommerce sites for those holidays. I want to do some brainstorming around the ones in Europe and India for my ecommerce business. Look at this calendar and give me 10 innovative strategic ideas to pursue. I want to maximise the opportunity for sales and a revenue boost in the upcoming year and want to start planning based on the ideas you suggest.
These ideas are fairly generic – if you tell Toqan in your prompt what your business is or provide it with detail about your sales strategy, it would provide more specific output.
You could take it a step further and go into detail on one of the elements. In this example, we went with Live Virtual Workshops. The prompt: What strategic advantage would this give me? Live Virtual Workshops: Host live-streamed workshops on traditional crafts related to the holidays, alongside kits available for purchase. For example, offer Diwali rangoli kits or Christmas wreath-making kits, and guide users through these activities.
As with all other responses, you could try one of Toqan’s follow-up suggestions. In this case we selected “Can you suggest pricing strategies for the kits?”
You can ask Toqan to unpack any of these elements. You could ask it do further research, give feedback on a thought you’ve had or to provide a document for you to read later, as shown below with this prompt: Summarise all of this into a report with subheads and export to a word document
